I love salt but it was negatively affecting my health, my doctor kept telling me to cut down - but I loved the flavor it added to my food and in frankness had become hooked.

I tried all of the un-salts, replacements and in frankness they never worked. Not enough flavor.

I've always eaten hot foods, enjoyed hot sauces and clilies and had been making my own hot sauce and pepper relish when I got the idea to start to make my own blend of Chili Powders - WaLa, it was like a gilf from above.

I tried to find these online since it took a ton of time and I always somehow would stick my finger in my eye. Alas not to be found.

So... I now dehydrate a couple hundred pounds of Cayenne, Jalapeno, Scotch Bonnet and Habanero chillies to make these chilie powders.

And will offer a limited number of shakers to other Chli lovers.
